Unlike
existing water saving devices where the discharging amount
of water is fixed, this dual (full/save) flush
flapper can adjust the amount of water, depending on
whether one is urinating or defecating, and can keep your
toilet clean and fresh.
STS-12 is very easy to install.
You just replace the flapper and handle only. And
you just have to connect them at the proper length.

If your toilet can clean the solid feces with 3.5 gallons,
then 2 gallons of water, 60% of full discharge, is enough to flush the
liquid filled bowl.
You can save up to 40 percent on save flush. If
installed on 1.6 GPF toilet, it is now 1 GPF super ULF
toilet.
The air chamber of the
flapper controls the buoyancy. When you
press down the
bi-directional lever, it lifts more wire
and the air is
released from the flapper. The flapper is filled
with water and close early. And
you can change the height of the float on the wire for
optimal conservation.
In order to flush the solid feces, just
push up the bi-directional
lever. It will flush the whole tank.
